We use an 8 point system for bathing to make sure that each and every pet receives the same level of care.

1,  We give your pet a brush out before bathing to remove any tangles and check your pet's skin for warts, lesions or "hot spots".

2.  We clean ears and remove any hair growing in the ear canal.

3.  Nails are trimmed and filed so they don't become ingrown or scratch.

4.  Feet and pads are neatly trimmed, hair mats between the pads are removed.

5.  We gently express your dog's anal glands for his or her's comfort and health.

6. We bathe in warm water under pressure to remove debris, fleas, dead skin and dirt.  We use natural shampoo specific for your pet's needs.

7,  Your pet is hand dried by warm air., Never hot, never cold.

8.  Your pet is combed out free of tangles and even given a spritz of cologne.
